DFW roof repair

Leaks, missing shingles, flashing issues, or storm damage? Start here.

Small roof issues can turn expensive fast in Texas weather. Shingle Haus inspects the problem area, checks nearby roof details, and explains whether repair or replacement makes sense.

Roof problems we inspect

Common repair calls include missing shingles, lifted shingles, hail bruising, pipe boot cracks, exposed nails, damaged flashing, leaking valleys, chimney leaks, soft decking, and gutter or fascia issues that are moving water where it should not go.

A good repair starts with finding the source. Water can enter at one spot and show up somewhere else inside the home, so we look at roof penetrations, slope transitions, attic signs when accessible, and recent storm patterns.

Repair vs. replacement

If the damage is isolated and the roof has useful life left, repair may be the right call. If the shingles are brittle, the roof has repeated failures, or storm damage is widespread, replacement may protect the home better than chasing leaks one at a time.

Roof repair FAQs

Can a roof leak be repaired the same day?

Some leaks can be temporarily dried-in or repaired quickly. Permanent repair timing depends on weather, material availability, and the cause of the leak.

Should I call after hail even if I do not see a leak?

Yes. Hail damage may not leak immediately. A free inspection can document visible concerns before small issues become bigger ones.

Do you repair gutters and flashing?

Yes. Gutters, fascia, siding, and flashing are part of the exterior water-management system and often affect roof performance.
